If you don’t love smoothies, then this recipe has to need to convince you.

A fresh fruit smoothie prepared in five minutes. It’s perfect for to face the wind and the cold of autumn. This is a recipe for make a beverage enriched with vitamins for the children or parents. A yoghurt based smoothie with pear and kiwi. It is ideal for the snack or the dessert.

Materials : Blender

Ingredients:

  • 4 pears
  • 4 kiwis
  • 1 plain yoghurt 
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

The preparation of fruits:

  1. Peel the fruits
  2. Cut pears and kiwis in pieces

The preparation of smoothie:

3. In the first place, blend the yoghurt and pears
4. In the second place, add the pieces of kiwis and a tablespoon of honey
5. You can serve the smoothie directly or leave it in fridge for serve it fresh
