Do you like exotic dishes ?
I propose you a new recipe to realize the famous chicken with coconut and curry. This recipe is easy and fast, you will amaze your friends during the next dinner. Do you really know the curry ? It is a mix of spices, especially turmeric, coriander, cumin and many peppers. Thanks to this spice, you can decrease your salt consummation because the curry replaces it. The curry has Indian origins; we find it in the Indian cooking or Thai cooking.

Time : 15 minutes
Cooking : 60 minutes
- A frying pan
- 4 chicken escalope
- 300g of coconut milk
- Some little pieces of coconut
- 1 spoon of grated ginger
- 3 tablespoons of curry
- 2 onions
- Olive oil
- A little of Mushrooms or carrots (According to your tastes)
- Salt and pepper
Preparation of chicken escalope with coconut and curry :
- Cut two onions in many small pieces.
- In a frying pan, cooking small pieces onions with a little of olive oil.
- Then, add one spoon of curry and mix.
- Put chicken escalopes in the frying pan and mix slowly. You can add salt and pepper.
- Let cooking the chicken during five minutes and decrease the temperature.
- Add the grated ginger and then cover the chicken with coconut milk.
- If you want mushrooms or carrots in your recipe, you can add them now in frying pan.
- Let cooking during 30 minutes and serve your hot dish.
TIPS of OPERAL FOOD : You can serve your chicken with coconut and curry with basmati rice. It’s very delicious the rice with the sauce. Moreover, a red wine will go well with the plate.
